In order to build your dream home, architectural plans need to be prepared. If you do not already have a set of plans, we can refer you to local companies that can assist you in this process. Further, if you do not have property to build your home on, C&S has properties in the Hill Country area and would be happy to show them to you.

Upon submission of your finalized plans, we will prepare an estimate based on your wants and needs for your new home, which will include “realistic” allowances tailored to fit your personal budget.. A contract is then signed and construction begins.

We work with many knowledgeable and experienced vendors on a daily basis who can help you through the process of picking out the personal touches that go into your home, such as paint colors, flooring, lighting, granite, cabinetry, etc., to make sure your new home is everything you dreamed it would be.

The construction of your home can take from five to seven months, depending on the size and complexity of the home. It is our goal to meet this time frame, although unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather, material shortages and change orders can lengthen the construction process.

Our commitment to excellence does not end when we give you the keys to your new dream home. Your new home comes with a one year “bumper-to-bumper” warranty and our promise to provide you with the best possible customer service during that time frame and beyond.
