Larry will be the first member of the C&S Signature Homes’ team that you will meet. Larry’s responsibilities include meeting with the client to review their plans, building a budget, ordering of materials, as well as keeping in touch with the client throughout the building process for any questions and/or changes that may occur. Larry has over 30 years of construction background not only in the field, but as a successful business owner. He is currently serving his second term as President of the local BIA-Highland Lakes, and has earned his Certified Graduate Builder (CGB) designation from the National Association of Home Builders.

Sue is the “interior design specialist” of the team. She works closely with the client and the vendors in picking out paint colors, flooring, cabinetry, lighting, granite, appliances, etc. Sue finds out what it is a client wants in their home and has the knowledge of where to find it at the best cost to the client. Not only will you be working with Sue during this process of building your home, you will also be working with her during the accounting and bookkeeping part as well. With over 20 years of construction accounting background, she makes the custom home banking and financial process go smoothly.

Earl is the “superintendent” on all jobs. He makes sure that the jobs are running on schedule and that all subcontractors are on site and have the materials they need. He keeps close tabs on the actual construction of your home to make sure the quality of each home is up to the C&S standard of excellence. Earl brings over 30 years of experience in the construction field to the team. Clients, subcontractors and suppliers can all rest assured that if there is a concern that needs to be addressed, Earl will take care of it. Earl is also owner and operator of Highland Lakes Home Watch, a business that provides oversight services for homeowners that need someone to watch over their home when they are away.

Sally has over 20 years experience in construction and real estate law, as well as being a licensed realtor with Coldwell Banker Giesecke & Associates. She is the “closer” of the team. Towards the end of construction, Sally joins in, working with all subcontractors and suppliers who have been a part of the project, making sure that everything has been finished according to the wishes of the client. Even after completion of the home and move in, the homeowner can still feel confident that Sally is only a phone call away and will be there when needed.
